CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Taimate Angus Bull Sale will be conducted in accordance with the conditions of sale under the usual terms and conditions of the New Zealand Stock and Station Agents Association. A copy of which will be displayed on the day of sale.

All lots sold EXCLUSIVE of GST

6% purchasing commission will be paid to recognized agents or firm introducing buyers prior to sale with the auction.

Each lot becomes the property of the purchaser at the time of sale under the hammer.

Purchasers are advised to insure cattle at the conclusion of the sale

Purchasers are asked to complete booking and delivery instructions at the completion of the sale

All care has been taken in compiling this catalogue to ensure accuracy. No responsibility is accepted for any errors that may occur.

We as vendors and principals of Taimate Holdings shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property as a result of entering the farm called Taimate for any purpose.

Free Delivery:  

Free freight for any bulls purchased if uplifted within two weeks of the sale. North Island freight is to be paid to the Fielding sale yards.

Guarantee:

The entry of any bull in the Taimate Angus Bull Sale constitutes a Guarantee of Fertility. The purchase will be refunded (without interest, expenses, cost or damages) should the bull prove totally infertile.

That incapacity due to injury from whatever cause or to illness suffered or contracted after Delivery is not covered by the guarantee
