The entry of any bull in the Taimate Angus catalogue constitutes a Guarantee of Fertility. The purchase will be refunded (without interest, expenses, cost or damages) should the bull prove totally infertile.

That incapacity due to injury from whatever cause or to illness suffered or contracted after Delivery is not covered by the guarantee
